[alcatel-nsp] iBGP-multipath configuration

ibgp-multipath for VPN routes is a misnomer

VPN route's Nexthop resolution is controlled by individual VPRN configuration. On 7750, one can configure VPN NH resolution through LDP, RSVP, GRE or SDP (Service Distribution Point, which is basically statically configured Tunnel). So in order to have ibgp-multipath kind of behavior for VPN routes, you've to configure the 'resolving Tunnel' (LDP, RSVP or GRE) ECMP value.

This is not true, ALU support ibgp-multipath for ipv4-vprn family and ecmp work very well.
