[alcatel-nsp] Implementing e-tree (MEF 10.1)

ALU has some consept to emulate E-Tree service.
For example:
vpls with split-horizon group
p2mp lsp (only IOM3)
daisy-chained vpls fo BTV distribution

Each of this metods has its own restrictions and demands and suitable 
for different task.
Please try to discribe your task more strictly.
