Ah but that's different. I am fairly sure you can classify on *ingress* to
an L2 service, based on L3 headers.

The default queue is 1 though. I tried a different queue and that
doesn't matter as well. I have found some material that says only
dot1p can be marked on a vpls/vll sap-egress.
