Nam,

On access LAGs you can use layer 2-layer 4 information for hashing.

On network lags it will use up to 5 of the MPLS labels in a stack to load balance. There is also a great feature called MPLS hash (or MPLS entropy) label which is basically an extra label added at the ingress PE that encodes the more random info available there from e.g. L3/L4 headers (i.e the hash result from access ingress is translated to differing MPLS values in the entropy label). This means all nodes in the MPLS path will effectively spread traffic across LAGs in a more random manner and hopefully achieve better balancing even though they are not directly privy to the L3/L4 info.

Btw, I don't know which attribute alcatel router based on to calculate load balancing. Eg: ip layer 2,3, mac, mpls label.

Assuming your Huawei supports LACP, something like:

conf lag 1
port 1/1/1
port 1/1/2
lacp active
no shutdown
back
router interface foo
port lag-1

Troubleshoot with:

    sh lag 1 detail
    sh lag 1 statistics
