[alcatel-nsp] Software upgrade through ISSU

hi amit, may i know what project you are working now? i wonder we might be
at same project.
for In Service Software Upgrade, you may refer to
https://support.alcatel-lucent.com/
login with your username & password, and choose documentation from drop
down menu.
choose 7750 SR, click manual and guides. choose version you want

if you just want to reset the card, then you can do "clear card *card-number
* soft", after that you can check the progress status with show card and
show mda
