[alcatel-nsp] Forwarding classes

Hi

Same flows are remarked to different dot1p bits by an ingress device which
is placed before 7750SR. So here I need to match dot1p of cir traffic to
one forwarding class and eir dot1p to different FC and put them in one
queue at sap ingress , network ingress and network egress.so do you see any
out of ordering in this case.

I think this is almost equivalent to FC subclasses where system doesn't
allow it to put into different queues due to out of sequencing issue.
