[alcatel-nsp] TE LSP is down ALU7750SR7 and cisco npeg2

Hi,

I am configuring TE tunnel from Alcatel 7750SR7 to Cisco NPEG2 routers and
finding the lsp is down. LDP is up across the path. Below is the config
from alu as headend,

   path "te1"
                hop 1 119.227.3.159 loose
                no shutdown

   lsp "tetun1"
                to 119.227.3.159
                from 119.227.2.253
                cspf
                metric 10
                primary "te1"
                exit
                no shutdown

show router mpls lsp "tun2"
