AC-3 HF Antenna Coupler

Hi,

   Need manufacturer ident on subject coupler.  It makes reference in the
copy of the manual I have to Collins KWM-2 or 3251?  (Believe I am
pushing the envelope as this has no tubes, but do think it is BA related
equipment).  Anyone have info on this unit, and how available it is.
Shows picture of one rack-mounted, and would sure like to run across
one.  Thanks for your time.
