8P21T relay switch

This might have come out of a telephone switching office. Contacts
are arranged in an 8 column by 21 row array; each impulse to the
relay coil advances a wiper by one row. If anyone "needs" this,
how about $10 + shipping? Or trade for a pair of 2m xtals to
operate on 146.28T / 146.88R MHz (receiver has a 10.7 MHz IF).
