Need CW Rig

Hello Boatanchorists:

I am trying to locate a HF rig for a local 13 year old ham who just passed
his 5 WPM and upgraded to tech. plus class.  I would really like to surprise
this young man with a rig and see him get on the novice/tech. bands and get
his code speed up while having some of the fun I had as a novice in the 70s.
 His goal is to upgrade to Extra before his next birthday and he's smart
enough to do it!  But I need to locate a low cost (or dare I ask---free) HF
rig for him.  A simple novice tube rig would do fine.  If anyone has an old
rig laying around they wish to sell cheap/donate/loan, please let me know.
 If it needs work I'll donate my bench time and money to get it on the air.
