BA Frequency JAMMED!!

Yuk!
3579 kHz has been unusable all evening with an RTTY station
ROARING in at 10-20 dB over S-9 here.

I can hear weak CW signals TRYING desperately to get through.
I called CQ for HOURS and can't raise anyone!

Is it sounding the same everywere? (I am in MD)
