JAN 8168 - CONVERSION PLS

Hi all,

   Cannot find my tube book that gives the JAN conversions in it and I
tried to see if it was in the archives, but no luck.  What is the JAN
8168 - have 2 of them, one new, with just JAN 8168, the other one with
the JAN number and a unreadable tube type.  Looks like 4CX1000.  Is this
correct?  Thanks.
