I have just acquried some equipment and now the $$$$ are low.
I need manuals or help with:
        Tektronic 7603 scope with 7a13 and 7b53a plug-ins...curious what these plug-ins
do and applications.
        Hewlett Packard   HP8640B rf generator
        Hewlett Packard   HP5328A Freq. Counter

Need manuals for above
Also what kind of connector do I need for the rf output on the HP8640B.
