HRO-500

Has anybody ever thought of trying to put a nuvistor in the front end of an
HRO-500? I am wondering about this and I think it might be a great
experiment. Anybody have any suggestions on what nuvistor that you think
would work best? I am looking for dynamic range and IMD rejection in this
possible mod.

If anybody has any HRO-500 parts units, I would be interested in hearing
from you too. My HRO-500 needs new gears in the tuning assemblies.
