VT-269 tube?

If memory serves, the 717A was (is) a WECo tube which was used mainly as
I.F. amps in early WW-II radar sets (AN/APQ-13 for one).  It is a high
gain, low noise (well...) pentode similar to a 6AC7 in characteristics.
Can't remember how close in similarity, but checking it as a 6AC7 should
give more accurate results than checking it as a 6SK7.
