This is the WV-98B VTVM, extremely clean, with probe and manual copy for
WV-98C. I have the C model and don't need two VTVMs but couldn't resist this
classy old guy at Timonium.

fyii, the C model has a mirror scale and a .5V DC range.  Otherwise the two
models are the same, with 6" meter well matched to my 53-year-old eyes.

Electrically, I've checked the ohms function (seems to be right on with a
couple of precision resistors as checkpoints) and did not check AC or DC but
the meter zeros and goes full scale FB.  The line cord is (neatly) spliced.
Innards seem perfect, and there's no battery corrosion.
