Galaxy GT-550 Problem

Hello All, Nmae here is Joe and I have an output and low receive problem with
my Galaxy GT-550.
It seems that when I put it in the tune mode, my OA2 tubes glow orange. I
haven't tested the tubes as of yest as I suspect a capacitor or resistor may
be causing the problem.
The receive is also very low on all bands. Any ideas as to what the problem
may be?
Any information will be appreciated.
