Trade TV-7D/U Manuals For TV3/U Manuals

Folks:

I have a TV-3/U that fires up but meter needle doesn't move during line
adjust.

Would like to trade copies of  TV-7D/U Field and Depot Maintenance
Manual TM11-6625-274-35 and
Operator's and Organizational Maintenance Manual TM 11-6625-274-12.
These books cover all the TV-7s - Trade for similar doc or docs covering
the TV-3/U.

Or maybe some one can suggest a possible troubleshooting tip - tubes
test good.
