The HP4204 is a 10Hz to 999.9kHz audio oscillator with an output
impedance of 600 ohms. It can deliver 10V (22dBm) into 600 ohms, 20V
to an open circuit.. It does not appear to be a synthesized generator,
and is not useful as an RF instrument.
