You'll find the book, "Basic Bookbinding" by A.W. Lewis listed on page
28 and selling for $4.95.  Even if you're not interested in binding your
own books, the Lindsay Catalog is worth checking out - lot's of
boatanchor books - they even have a new title in their series of of
