I believe you have what is commonly called a R-100 , also goes under
the Model # 83-YU-726.
Value is anyones' guess from $10-$100. Pretty hard to align on occassion
due to the type of variables they used and the vernier drive. Think I've
had at least 2 of those myself.
They work quite well when aligned.
