Delta 500 SSB Transceiver

Ran across a Delta 500 Transceptor SSB transceiver yesterday.  Light blue in
color with matching speaker.  Owner said it was made in Brazil.  So far I
have been unable to find any reference to this unit.  Perhaps it was an all
band radio made for the CB crowd?  Anybody familiar with the Delta 500
Transceptor SSB radio?
