WTB: Decent inexpensive VTVM + alignment question

Hello all - me again!
The votes are in - a digital VOM may be fine as far
as input impedance for aligning receivers, but will
not be very easy to use without an analog indicator
(which mine lacks).
Soooooo - does anyone have a decent VTVM with DC
and RF probe for sale? Hopefully not too costly!
I have a couple of alignment projects coming up
and I've never done one before, so I better start
with the easier to use VTVM.
Also, when doing an alignment, how do I best replace
weak tubes? If the receiver is performing poorly
BEFORE the alignment, how would I know if a substitute
tube made an improvement? If I change tubes AFTER
the alignment, won't the alignment change? I believe
substitution is the best 'test' for a tube, rather
than just testing them in my tester.
Thanks,
Dave WB7AWK
