Someone was asking about a power transformer for a Hallicrafters HT-37.  I
seem to remember this same question came up on another BA$ list and Hammond
Mfg. in Canada was mentioned as a source.  Fred Hammond, VE3HC, recently
started making a 600 ohm to 8 ohm audio matching transformer in response to
requests from Chuck Rippel and others on the R-390 list.  If anyone would
be able to provide substitute transformers, it would most likely be
Hammond.  There is a very nice 64 page transformer catalog in PDF format
that can be downloaded.
