476D-1 Distortion Analyzer

There is a regular surplus equipment dealer who has been trying to sell
one of these beasts at the TRW swap every month for at least a year
now. I think a year ago he was asking something like $500 for it, so
none of by fellow BA'ers or I was particularly interested. Now if he
gets tired of lugging the beast in and out of his trailer and drops the
price way down, THEN one of us might bite. It'll take a tall, sturdy
shelf in someone's shack. I doubt that he has any tech docs on it
though.
There is a block diagram for the 478R-1 Spectrum Analyzer in the Collins
"Fundamentals of SSB, 2/1959 ed. This unit has a motor connected to the
PTO for scanning.
