New Ballast Tube Reference Page

Greetings all -

I have just added a new reference page to the CWTS Web Site.
It's a transcription of the 1982 Amperite Ballast Voltage and Current
Regulating Tube Tables.

Now you can figure out what the characteristics are of those 11A10's and
30R4's are!
