Manual Help Needed

Hello Folks:

Was in the right place at the right time on the weekend, and found two
pieces of test equipment that will be of real help when working on BA's in
the shack.  Both items are in excellent condition physically, but have
minor "Glitches" electrically.  Therefore, I need your assistance in
locating copies of the manuals for:

Heath model IM- 13 VTVM
Mercury Electronics Corp. model 1400 In-Circuit Capacitor Checker
