The best way is just to buy from those that have a public track record of
performance, those that you know, those that your friends recommend or those that
you can go over to visit and look at the thing you wish to purchase. I know this
sounds over simplistic, but there is a certain element that seems to be getting
computers now and has found online selling  a method of scamming up some fast
money. I have always found that someone that is into doing this sort of thing
leaves a very visible trail of unsatisfied people in their wake.
