Spell Checkers and posts, PLEASE!

I don't type or spell very well either, and if the mail
program PINE running on the UNIX server at my ISP had
a useful spell check program, I'd be glad to use it.
However, it only tells me if a word migh be spelled wrong,
not with any useful hints as to what might be correct
unlike any of the word processers under WIN95.
