12BZ6 Tube needed for Galaxy GT-550

Hi Joe,
The 12BZ6 is the reciever RF ampl.ifier-the very first stage the signal
sees after arriving from the antenna. Without it the receiver hears nothing.
I have a W7FG manual copy that I purchased when I had a GT550 that
I would pass on to you if you want it. $15 plus $3 for priority mail. Not sure about a tube, would have
to make a search. But if I were you, I'd try  to
keep a spare. The -BZ6 series of RF amps were widely used in TV back in
the tube set days and were always going bad. Nothing works without the
first RF stage.
