RBL-5 parts needed

I'm looking for a few parts to resurect a National RBL-5 receiver.

First, I need three 4mf 600VDC round "nut mount" paper capacitors.
I also need the phones jack bezel labeled "phones". Mine is
also missing the rear panel antenna connector and the little black
knob for the "osc. test" switch on the front panel.
