Help needed with CapaciTester

Found a cap tester over the weekend -- it is a Teletest Instruments
model CT 355 "CapaciTester". Nice small box with eye tube, tests
( if it were working ) at 150 and 300 volts. Tests leakage, continuity.

Does anyone have any info, schematic,etc on this unit?
