Greetings all -

I've been to the Swatch Web site and this apparently is NOT an April fools
joke.
Swatch really is going to be broadcasting messages from orbit using a
portion of the amateur bands.

I've e-mailed the ARRL, asking them what their position is on this, and
will forward any reply to the group.
