Hallicrafters Book

I've found a tiny, red Hallicrafters book, published in 1961,
called "Guide to Short Wave Listening."  It is printed on the
back cover, "compliments of Jack F. McKinney Sales Co."
in Houston, Texas.  It's about 2 inches by 3 inches and 64 pages.
Lots of useful information for the person new to SWLing.

Were these widely distributed by Hallicrafters to their dealers
for advertising or sales promotion?  Did they come in
different colors or versions?  Are many still around?
