R-388 Change Order number 3

Since summer is slowing down, I am getting back to looking at
differences in the various contracts for the '388.  One piece I am
missing is a Change Order 3 dated 24 May 1957.  It is referred to in
Change Order 4, dated 25 November 1963 that supersedes Change Order 3.
All four of the Change Orders would have been supplements to the TM
11-854  Mainly interested in coming up with a short list of changes to
help those without tags possible ID their contract number.  When I
finish, I hope to post a concise summary of primarily component changes
and additions by contract number.

I provided Change Orders 1, 2, and 4 to Ken Grim at BAMA but as most
know he took a big hit from a hacker but is slowly getting BAMA
rebuilt.  Any help would be appreciated as winter is around the corner
and lots of folks will be tinkering again.....
