TMC Panadaptor??

I recently picked up what looks like a panadaptor.  There are no model
numbers or tags on it, however, there are TMC inspection stamps all over

it and TMC stickers on top of some of the cans.

It has a 3" CRT in the center, a receiver monitor switch with 3
positions, and a selector switch labeled "Pan  Audio  BFO  CAL".  Five
BNC jacks are on the back labeled J1-J5.

Any information on this piece would be greatly appreciated.  Model
number?  Tech manual?  Thanks to all in advance for your help.
