As clearly pointed out to me by a couple of southern Wisconsin hams, my
warning about being careful when dealing on boatanchors in that area was
clearly out of line.  No reason to be suspicious of everyone because of a
single problem, and that was definitely not my intent.  It now appears that
my problem is going to be resolved in some fashion that may be acceptable to
all involved.

Many thanks to the fellow who threatened to beat me with a "cheese-head".  A
thoroughly effective and justified use of violence!
