AN/GRA-71

[William L. Fuqua III]

   Now that I have traded off my AN/GRC-109 I have found the
one missing piece AN/GRA-71 at a garage sale.
Does anyone have a copy of the manual for it?
It is an interesting piece of equipment but I just can't
quite figure how it works. It appears to have all the
pieces.
