WTB: Manual for TT-22 Test Set

I just recently aquired a TT-22 Semiconductor Test Set without manual.  I want
to use this unit to Characterize some transistors at work.  The unit I have is
made by a company called AEC.

So, I am in need of a manual original or copy for this item.  I'll pay any copy
and shipping costs.
