Collins 75A4 Questions

Today, I picked up an early series 75A4 receiver that is a candidate for
restoration and reuse.  However, there are a few questions posed to the
BA membership:

    - Need a dial for the PTO.  The original dial has 25% of the skirt
broken off-  any available or a source- does not have to be exact nor a
vernier unit..

    - The unit has a 3.1 mech. filter which will be O.K.. for AM use but
would like a SSB (2.1 or 1.5) filter and a CW filter (500 Hz).  Can any
Fair Radio Sales filters be "adapted" for plug in use?  Any extra
filters out there at a reasonable cost?

    - The front panel is "grungy" and I will use a liquid detergent soap
(Dial) and a soft cloth to clean.  Some of the white silk screened
letters looks a bit "weak" so I don't want to cause any more problems.
