B&W T/R switch - need info

[Floyd Sense]

I have a B&W Model 380 T/R switch without a schematic - I'd be eternally
grateful if someone could send me a scan of a schematic via email, or answer
these questions:

1. Is the 6AH6 tube that's in my switch the correct tube for this model?

2. From pin 7 of the tube (the cathode if the 6AH6 tube is correct) is an RF
choke, in series with a .01 cap and a resistor.  The resistor is burned
beyond recognition, but the first color is yellow.  Perhaps 470 ohms?

3.  The RF choke mentioned above is burned to a crisp - value probably not
critical, but was it a 2.5 mH ?
