Repair/Alignment of Hammarlund HC 10 SSB Converter

I have received from a person an immaculate HC 10 SSB converter,  the
problem is it does not function.  I need some good competent repair
person/facility to send this unit to for fixing it.  I have the manual with
alinement proceedures and the schematic.  I fully expect to pay shipping
plus reasonable repair charges.  Help needed.  Thanx muchly.
