WTD: Schematic for Dynakit Mark II

Hi Fellow Anchorites,

I picked up a Dynakit Mark II amplifier (Mono) at a flea market for three
bucks.  It has a 6AN8 preamp and runs 6CA7/EL34's in the amp section.  I
would like to use it off the diode out connection on my R-390A.  Does
anyone have a manual or a schematic they could send me?  Copy costs and
postage gladly paid...
