power by juggling circuit vaues ( the grid resistor and series B+ resistor  )

but that 50C5 circuit could not be made to increase power by more than

50 mw or so, which didn't help. A circuit to better match the rig to the load

would have helped more, but then this thing was really meant to hook to just

a few feet of wire ( 10 ft at most, to stay legal ! )

I liked the "legal notice" that you cut out of the manual and pasted on
bottom

of the rig. Made you feel "official" !
