need TV-7 tube tester data

Help, please!

     Got a friend with a TV-7A/U tube tester (belonged to his dad).
Seems to be complete, with all the accessories.. except the little
book with the settings for testing the tubes.

     So if I can get decent copies of Tech Manual TM11-5083, Tech
Bulletin TB11-5083-1 for the critter - and if neither is all the
testing data, a copy of that too.

     Let me know copying and mailing costs.
