FM TX/RX combo?

Greetings all -

Can anyone tell me what the transmitter/receiver combination was that
was used for short haul FM communications between 75 and 125 mHz during
W.W.II and Korea?  I had one of the receivers once and think it was an
R-19. Unfortunately my memory is fading.  It ran 25 kc deviation I
believe and was single channel crystal controlled.
