It's the "National Society of Radio Controlled Aerobatics", a
special-interest group of the AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics).  And
it has not a thing to do with BAs, except for the tenuous connection of
"radio" in "radio controlled model aircraft".  Somebody cross-posted.
