How to straighten copper wire?[via LSMTP - see]

Hi all

I've recently come into possession of some short (3 - 6 feet) pieces
of solid copper ground wire, size 8 and larger.

Since it's jobsite scrap, it's kind of kinked and bent.

Suggestions on how to straighten it? I'm looking to use it
for yagi antenna elements at VHF and above.

I have a fairly well-equipped shop, but not THAT well-equipped
that I could feed it through the slip roller and then anneal it in
the furnace....

Thanks in advance
