I would recommend contact adhesive.

This is the stuff that comes in small cans at the usual suppliers
like hardware stores, Home Depot etc.

You apply cement to each material and allow it to sit for 15
minutes and then put the pieces together. Be careful! You can't
move them once they are attached, so line them up well the first try!

It's great for bonding dissimilar materials and has worked well for
me with metals and plastics.

Your mileage may vary.
