Ranger/Valiant shaft coupling

Need THIN insulated shaft coupling that connects VFO shaft to planetary
drive of Viking Valiant and Viking Ranger shaft opening on one side is
3/16 inch and 1/4 inch on the other side. Diameter of phenolic disc is
approx 1 inch and outside of hug to outside of  hub thickness is approx
9/16. Anything out there new, used, or from Ranger or Valiant? Thanks
